At Russell Marine Products, we’re just as excited as you are to get your gear on the water! Here’s what to expect once you place your order:
When Will My Order Ship?
- Most orders ship out within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.
- You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
How Will It Ship?
- Most items ship via UPS, though we may also use FedEx or USPS depending on location and size.
- Carriers are selected to ensure the fastest and most efficient delivery.
Free Shipping
- Enjoy free standard shipping on most orders over $250 (before taxes and after discounts).
- Oversized or special-order items may not qualify for free shipping—we’ll always aim to keep it affordable!
Need to Change Something?
- Need to update your shipping address or reroute a package? Email us at [email protected].
- All changes must be approved in advance. A small service fee may apply.
Trouble with Delivery?
- If your tracking shows a delay or no updates, contact us—we’ll investigate right away.
- If your package says “Delivered” but you can’t find it, please let us know within 3 business days.
Do You Ship Internationally?
- We primarily ship within the U.S., but we’re happy to check international options—just contact us!
